Hi, I’m Michaela!

I’ve always been a creative person. Since I was little I’ve loved making things. Gifts were usually handmade, and if I saw something I liked in the shops, I’d probably just DIY it instead!

My journey to starting this business wasn’t straightforward. After school, I wasn’t sure what to do. I loved art but worried about turning it into a career I might end up hating. I studied teaching, earned a degree, and even though I was proud of that, I knew it wasn’t my passion. I tried applying for corporate jobs, but I felt drained and unmotivated.

Then one day, the idea came to me: to use my patchwork skills and turn them into something more. At first I doubted myself, but after a few months of sitting with the idea, I knew I really wanted to go for it. My mom helped me learn how to use a sewing machine, my boyfriend supports me with the business side, and here I am… proving to myself I can actually do it.

is where I get to combine my creativity with sustainability: using organic cotton for my basics and giving pre-loved fabrics and charity shop finds a brand-new story in my patchwork collection. Every stitch has a story, and I can’t wait for you to find a piece that feels like it was made just for you.

My hope is that when someone receives an order, they feel truly excited to show off their piece. I want people to feel joy, like they’re wearing a piece of art that lifts their mood. And I hope it sparks that ‘oh my gosh, where did you get that?!’ moment.
