I love creating special pieces that feel personal to you. Custom orders are available, but because each one is made from scratch, they will take longer than my pre designed items. I’ll need time to design, check in with you for any changes, and make sure I have the right fabrics and colours before I begin sewing.

At the moment, custom designs work best on t-shirts and totes. This usually means:

• A personalised patch (like a name, word, or small motif)

• A design placed on the front, back (up to 3 main patches rather than lots of smaller ones)

This way I can focus on making sure every detail is just right.

That said, it never hurts to message me about an idea you have. I’ll let you know if it’s something I can take on and feel confident creating for you. The most important thing for me is that every custom piece is made with love, and that it’s something I’m truly proud to send out.

With Love, Michaela is not fast fashion. Every piece is made to order, which means I only create it once you have chosen it. This slower, more sustainable process avoids waste and makes your piece truly special.

Because of this, I ask for a little patience. We are all used to next day delivery these days, but slow fashion works differently and good things take time.

For most orders, please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. I usually make your piece within 5 days, then ship it out. Delivery within the UK takes around 3 to 5 working days.

This is the longest I estimate it will take, in most cases your order will be ready and shipped much sooner, but I like to factor in the possibility that I may be working on other pieces at the same time.

Custom orders may take longer, depending on the design and materials needed. I will keep you updated while I am making your piece, and once it is shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days within the UK.

All my pieces (except the ‘New Life Collection’) are made using Stanley & Stella blanks. To help you find your perfect fit, I’ve included a full size guide (with measurements in inches and cm) on each product page.

If you’re unsure, I recommend measuring one of your favourite T-shirts flat and comparing it to the chart.

Because each piece is handmade to order and returns are limited, please double-check your size before purchasing.

At the moment, I only ship within the UK.

Because each piece is handmade and unique, I cannot accept exchanges. I also don’t accept returns unless your item arrives damaged.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made especially for you.

If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I’ll do my best to help.

To keep your piece looking its best, turn it inside out before washing, use a short, gentle wash, and never tumble dry. Line or flat dry, and handle with care to protect the patchwork and stitching.
